本文采用高效液相色谱法（ＨＰＬＣ）测定双氯芬酸凝胶中双氯芬酸的含量，以经典恒温法预测其稳定性，结果表明该制剂降解呈一级反应，室温（２５℃）有效期为２．６年。
Diclofenac in diclofenac gel was determined by HPLC. The stability of diclofenac was predicted by classical thermostat method. The results showed that the degradation of diclofenac was a first-order reaction and the expiration date was 2.6 years at room temperature (25 ℃).
