白僵病是柞蚕病害之一,在通常情况下自然发病率很低,不是柞蚕主要病害。近年来,进行生物防治使用白僵菌的数量有所增加,这对减少化学农药的用量、保护天敌、防止环境和食品污染等起了积极作用。但同时是否会给柞蚕生产带来影响,是个值得注意的问题。为此我们进行了白僵菌对柞蚕幼蚕寄生力的测定试验。一、试验材料1.供试菌粉由金县三十里堡生物农药厂提供,每克菌粉含孢子100亿。2.供试柞蚕春季取盖县生防站柞蚕茧,置于5℃冰箱中贮存,试验前取出蚕茧放于室内,使其自然羽化、交尾、产卵,并孵出幼蚕。二、试验方法将初孵柞蚕幼蚕在虫笼内放养,饲以鲜苹果叶,两天后选健壮个体用于试验。把白僵菌粉加无菌水配制成孢子含量为0.4265亿/毫升
