活塞裙部异形曲面即中凸变椭圆型面的加工,是活塞制造的关键问题之一.本文针对该活塞的结构,从研究加工系统及切削过程的动特性着手,找到了影响相对动态误差的主要因素.通过理论分析,模拟试验以及自动数据处理表明:采用硬靠模加工技术,选择最佳工艺参数,结合误差补偿原理,在某高转速时,其相对动态误差最小,以实现活塞裙部异形曲面的高精度、高效率车削加工.本文就选择最佳工艺参数进行了研究,为解决活塞异形表面的加工以及修正靠模曲线提供了依据.
