本文对石油七厂蒸汽使用状况进行了分析,并提出了蒸汽凝结水的回收方法和处理措施;对凝结水二次汽回收、凝结水除铁、水中微量油的分析等方面做了一些试验性工作。结果表明,该项工程试用以来,对节水、节能起到了一定作用,取得了较好的经济效益。 In this paper, we analyzed the steam utilization status of the No.7 plant and put forward the recovery methods and treatment measures of the steam condensate. Some experiments were made on the secondary steam recovery of the condensate, the iron removal from the condensate and the analysis of trace oil in the water jobs. The results show that, since the trial of this project, it has played a certain role in water saving and energy saving, and achieved good economic benefits.
