在日前举行的上海市质量协会六届五次理事会暨会员代表大会上,上海海立(集团)股份有限公司董事长沈建芳作了学术报告。他在报告中指出,中国制造享誉全球,但面临着成本上升、质量不高、自主品牌缺乏的发展困境,这与政策导向、外资品牌大量涌入、O E M业务扩张、品牌意识淡薄等有密切关系,将阻碍中国制造与品牌发展的国际化之路。他认为,应该切实贯彻习总书记提出的“推动三个转变”重要指示,实施工信部提出的“三品”战略,发力供给侧改革,以品种丰富、品质满意、品牌认可为长期发展目标,最终实现中国制造向中国智造的转变、制造大国向品牌强国的转变。
