针对20 000kN压铸机头板的4种不同设计方案,采用UG对头板进行三维建模,并用ANSYS有限元分析对4种设计方案的头板进行检验。通过对4种方案的头板的有限元分析与强度、刚度校核对比,分析了压铸机头板中易出现应力集中且超过屈服强度极限的区域。
According to four different design schemes of 20 000kN die-casting head plate, three-dimensional modeling of UG head plate is carried out. The head plate of four kinds of design schemes is verified by ANSYS finite element analysis. By analyzing the four kinds of schemes, the headboard finite element analysis and the comparison of strength and stiffness are analyzed, and the areas prone to stress concentration and exceeding the yield strength limit in die casting machine headboard are analyzed.
