德尔尼铜矿位于青海省南部,在松潘——甘孜折皱系阿尼玛卿折皱带中,为伴有多金属的大型铜钴矿床,但产出的地质条件特殊,过去对该矿床的成因一直存在争论。现通过因子分析、群分析、趋势面分析等多元统计方法,对德尔尼铜矿进行了研究,认为:德尔尼铜矿的成矿物质来自超基性若提,矿床由超基性岩浆深部演化、熔离出金属硫化物的熔融体,而后贯入形成。基本否认了曾一度被认为是热液矿床和沉积变质矿床的观点。在研究矿床形成过程的同时,还研究了矿体及围岩的一些元素地球化学特征,存在形式、富集规律,共生组合特点,从而进一步提出今后的找矿方向。
