确定了中厚板ACC冷却系统的换热边界条件,建立了钢板温度场有限元计算模型,利用现场实测数据对模型计算结果进行了验证,并且分析了不同冷却工艺参数包括集管开启方式、辊道速度以及冷却介质温度对钢板终冷温度、返红温度以及温差的影响规律,从而为实际生产中提高钢板控冷过程中的冷却均匀程度提供理论依据。
The heat transfer boundary conditions of the ACC cooling system were determined, and the finite element model of the temperature field of the steel plate was established. The calculated results were verified by field measurements and the influence of different cooling process parameters, such as manifold opening mode, The speed of the cooling medium and the cooling medium temperature on the final cooling temperature of the steel, red return temperature and temperature difference, so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the cooling uniformity during steel cooling in actual production.
