目的探讨新疆维吾尔自治区维吾尔族成人2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)与代谢综合征(MS)组分的相关性。方法测定维吾尔族T2DM患者(男93例,女79例)的GGT、血脂、空腹血糖(FBG)、血压、腰围等。结果 1随着GGT四分位数的升高,男、女的腰围、体重指数(BMI)、甘油三酯(TG)升高;2男性组的GGT与腰围、BMI、舒张压(DBP)、TG、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)呈正相关,女性组的GGT与腰围、BMI、TG、TC呈正相关(P均<0.01);3线性回归模型的结果显示,男、女两组中GGT水平主要受腰围及TG水平的影响。结论 T2DM患者血清γ-GGT与MS组分相关,同时在MS各组分中,GGT与TG和TC水平具有相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) and metabolic syndrome (MS) in Uygur adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Methods The GGT, blood lipid, fasting blood glucose (FBG), blood pressure and waist circumference of Uygur T2DM patients (93 males and 79 females) were determined. Results 1 The waist circumference, body mass index (BMI) and triglyceride (TG) of males and females increased with the quartiles of GGT. GGT, waist circumference, BMI, DBP, TG, total cholesterol (TC), and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were positively correlated. There was a positive correlation between GGT and waist circumference, BMI, TG and TC in women (P <0.01) GGT levels in both men and women were mainly affected by waist circumference and TG levels. Conclusion Serum γ-GGT is associated with MS in T2DM patients. In addition, there is a correlation between GGT and TG and TC levels in MS patients.
