为了减少难产给孕妇造成的痛苦,我院自1985年3月至1987年12月选择性地采用了硬脊膜外麻醉下(以下简称硬麻)处理经阴道分娩的难产共36例,取得了比较满意的效果,现报道如下。资料与方法本组年龄最小19岁,最大55岁,20～25岁占55.56%。36例中38～42孕周22例,>42孕周5例,<36孕周9例。本组横位10例,单胎足先露13例,双胎13例,其中两个头位3例,两个臀位5例,一臀一头3例(含胎头交锁2例),一臀一肩2例。胎心音情
