本研究旨在探讨降糖片是否能改变正常和高胆固醇兔的脂肪组织代谢。用142只兔进行试验。正常饲养的兔给予降糖片治疗(口服120mg/kg),有力地抑制了由2-~(14)碳-醋酸盐前身物转变为肾周脂肪组织的和骨髓的脂质在体内的生物合成。这种放射活性物质在各种脂质成份的分布,说明降糖片能明显减低标记的醋酸盐结合成甘油三脂,而结合为甘油二脂和甘油一脂的量略有减少。在空腹24小时的兔也同样发现这种现象,在注射前身物质后,这种效应持续不变的
This study aimed to investigate whether hypoglycemic agents can alter the metabolism of adipose tissue in normal and hypercholesterolemic rabbits. Experiment with 142 rabbits. Normally-fed rabbits given hypoglycemic tablets (oral 120 mg / kg) potently inhibited the in vivo biogenesis of adipose tissue-derived and bone marrow-derived lipids from 2- to (14) carbon-acetate precursors synthesis. The distribution of this radioactive material in various lipid components indicates that hypoglycemic agents significantly reduce the incorporation of labeled acetate into triglycerides, with a slight decrease in the combined amount of diglycerol and glycerol mono-lipid. Rabbits in the fasting 24 hours also found this phenomenon, the effect continued after the injection of precursor substances
