【目的】建立北京市新生儿访视期开展先天性心脏病(congenital heart disease,CHD)和发育性髋关节发育不良(developmental dysplasia of hip,DDH)同步筛查模式,使CHD和DDH可疑患儿早确诊,早康复,提高生存质量。【方法】由社区儿保人员在新生儿访视期间采用经过专项培训的筛查方法开展CHD和DDH同步筛查,采集2009年北京市9区县18社区新生儿访视期间1 799名筛查数据资料进行描述性统计分析。【结果】2009年6—8月期间1 799名访视新生儿中,筛出CHD可疑患儿42例(23.35‰),确诊17例(9.45‰);同时筛出DDH可疑患儿24例(13.34‰),确诊2例(1.11‰)。【结论】新生儿访视期开展CHD和DDH同步筛查模式的特点突出表现为开始时间早,覆盖面广,筛查技术简单有效,普及性强,有利于CHD和DDH患儿把握最佳的康复时间。
【Objective】 To establish synchronous screening model of congenital heart disease (CHD) and developmental dysplasia of hip (DDH) in newborns in Beijing during the visiting period so as to make CHD and DDH suspicious children Early diagnosis, early recovery, improve the quality of life. 【Method】 The CHS and DDH screening were carried out by community-based childcare workers during the neonatal visit with specially trained screening methods. A total of 1 799 screening samples were collected during the neonatal visit of 18 communities in 9 districts and counties of Beijing in 2009 Data descriptive statistical analysis. 【Results】 Of the 1 799 newborns visited between June and August in 2009, 42 (23.35%) suspicious children were screened out and 17 (9.45%) were diagnosed. In addition, 24 children with suspected DDH were screened out 13.34 ‰), diagnosed in 2 cases (1.11 ‰). 【Conclusions】 Simultaneous screening of neonatal CHD and DDH during the visiting period is characterized by early onset, wide coverage, simple and effective screening technique and strong popularity, which is good for children with CHD and DDH to grasp the best rehabilitation time.
