目的建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定月华丸(胶囊)及其含药血清中地黄苷A、麦冬皂苷D、原百部碱三种有效成分的方法,对月华丸(胶囊)及其含药血清进行质量控制。方法以地黄苷A、麦冬皂苷D和原百部碱为对照,采用Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5um)。其中地黄苷A流动相∶乙腈∶水(6∶94),检测波长:203nm;麦冬皂苷D的流动相:乙腈∶水(48∶52),检测波长:208nm;原百部碱流动相:乙睛∶0.25%甲酸铵(25∶75),检测波长:305 nm。流速:1ml/min;柱温:35℃,进样量:20μl。结果按峰面积法计算,月华丸(胶囊)及其血中移行成分的地黄苷A、麦冬皂苷D和原百部碱的含量分别为0.276、0.161、0.508 mg/g和0.104、0.098、0.141mg/g。结论该方法可以用于月华丸(胶囊)及其入血成分的定性鉴定、定量测定和质量控制。

Conclusion The method can be used for qualitative identification, quantitative determination and quality control of Yuehua Pills (capsule) and its inflow components.
