为实现飞机小钣金零件“优质、高效、准时”交付,从零件分族、有效应用新技术及调整厂房布局3个方面出发,运用精益改善工具对小钣金折弯族零件生产进行精益改善,优化折弯成形流程,建立了数字化折弯生产线。精益改善后的效果表明,小钣金数字化折弯生产线可以淘汰零件制造工装,减少零件成形工序,提升产品一次交检合格率及缩短制造周期。
In order to realize the delivery of small sheet metal parts for aircraft “high quality, high efficiency and punctuality”, and from the aspects of parts and components, effective application of new technologies and adjustment of the layout of the plant, lean improvement tools are applied to the production of small sheet metal bending parts Lean to improve, optimize the bending process, the establishment of a digital bending production line. Lean improvement results show that small sheet metal digital bending production line can be eliminated parts manufacturing tooling to reduce the parts forming process, improve product inspection rate and a one-time manufacturing cycle.
