近两年来,我们利用中稻收后到种小春这一晚秋的间歇土地,将传统的蘑菇室内种植移入大田,进行了示范试验,收到了很好的效果。1988年示范种植68亩,亩平均收鲜菇1500公斤,价值5000—6000元,经济效益显著。现将大田蘑菇种植技术介绍于后。(一)确定播期:使用的蘑菇菌种是半匍匐型176(引自上海农科院)和浙农1号(引自浙江农大)两个丰产性好的良种。播种期应掌握出菇高峰期的平均温度在12—14℃为好(一般比室内播期推迟一个月左右)。我县9—11月的平均气温分别是21.4℃,17.3℃,12.5℃,故最佳播期为9月中旬。
