毛细血管压是反映微循环功能状态的一项重要指标,目前尚没有适合临床应用的毛细血管测量方法。本文报告我们研制的一种无损伤的适合临床应用的甲襞毛细血管压测量方法,经临床及20例健康人甲襞毛细血管压的测量,甲襞毛细血管压平均3.40±0.67kPa。手的位置高于和低于心脏时,甲襞毛细血管压分别为3.04±0.71kPa和4.73±1.18kPa。上臂用袖带加压阻止静脉回流时,甲襞毛细血管压为5.32±0.86kPa。这种毛细血管压测量方法操作简便、重复性好、便于在临床推广应用。
Capillary pressure is an important indicator of the functional status of the microcirculation, there is no capillary measurement method suitable for clinical application. In this paper, we report a non-invasive method for measuring the capillary pressure of nail polish suitable for clinical application. The capillary pressure of nail polish measured by clinical and 20 healthy people was 3.40 ± 0.67 kPa. The hand pressure was 3.04 ± 0.71 kPa and 4.73 ± 1.18 kPa when the position of the hand was higher and lower than that of the heart. Arm cuff pressure on the upper arm to prevent venous return, capillaries pressure 5.32 ± 0.86kPa. This capillary pressure measurement method is simple, reproducible, easy to promote the clinical application.
