本文报告了用列4株麻疹病毒在初代人羊膜细胞,鸡胚羊膜腔或鸡胚细胞中传不同代数后,制备疫苗接种易威儿,进行临床反应与血清抗体观察的结果。共应用了羊膜系毒种的三个不同代数(HAM45,57,69),绥羊膜45代后适应鸡胚的毒种的四个不同代数(CE12,CE16,CE20及CE24),经羊膜47代后适应于鸡胚细胞的另一系(HAM47CEC8—11)及经鸡胚15代后适应于鸡胚细胞的另一系(CE15CEC7—9)毒种,共计15批疫苗,接种了241名易感儿。根据观察结果,认为已初步获得了两类进一步減毒的毒种:其中一类以HAM47CEC系为代表,其免疫性较强,临床反应似较国外报告过的鸡胚细胞毒种为低,但仍不够稳定。另一类以CE20—24及CE15CEC系为代表,其反应已相当于国內外合用丙种球蛋白的水平,但免疫性较弱。结合以上观察,对影响反应与免疫性的某些因素如疫苗批号,接种剂量,保存时间等,疫苗接种后的隐性感染,合併症与偶合症,不同抗体测定方法以及抗休的持久性等问题,进行了初步探讨。根据以上的研究结果,对理想的麻疹疫苗株的标准以及为了达到这个标准所需进一步研究的方向,提出了讨论。
In this paper, we report the results of the observation of the clinical response and the serum antibody by using Vaccination Yiwei Er after passage of different algebra in the first generation human amniotic cells, chicken embryo amniotic cavity or chicken embryo cells with 4 measles viruses. Three different algebra (HAM45, 57, 69) of amniotic system were used. Four different algebras (CE12, CE16, CE20 and CE24) (HAM47CEC8-11) adapted to chick embryo cells and another strain (CE15CEC7-9) adapted to chick embryo cells after 15 generations of chick embryo, a total of 15 batches of vaccine were inoculated and 241 were susceptible child. According to the observation, two types of attenuated virulence species have been preliminarily obtained: one of them is represented by the HAM47CEC strain, which is more immunogenic and has a lower clinical response than the chick embryo virus species reported abroad Still not stable enough. The other type, represented by CE20-24 and CE15CEC lines, has a response equivalent to that of domestic and foreign gamma globulin, but its immunity is weak. Combined with the above observations, some factors that affect response and immunity such as vaccine batch number, inoculation dose, storage time, latent infection after vaccination, comorbidities and complications, determination of different antibodies and persistence of anti-rest Problems, conducted a preliminary discussion. Based on the above findings, the criteria for an ideal measles vaccine strain and the directions for further research needed to reach this standard are put forward.
