膨润土为原料制备高效吸附剂去除水体中阳离子染料(孔雀石绿,MG).用勃姆石溶胶改性酸活化的膨润土(AB)得到改性膨润土(AB-BS),并通过FT-IR、XRD、SEM对其结构进行了表征.紫外光谱法用以考察AB和AB-BS对孔雀石绿的吸附情况,确定了最佳实验条件.实验表明AB和AB-BS均可高效地吸附孔雀石绿,最大吸附量分别为44.09和20.01mg·g~(-1).此外,吸附剂去除孔雀石绿符合Langmuir吸附模型,存在单层吸附,吸附动力学研究表明吸附行为遵循二级动力学模型.本工作研究结果说明AB和AB-BS在水体中去除孔雀石绿有一定的应用潜力.
Bentonite was used as raw material to remove the cationic dye (malachite green, MG). The modified bentonite (AB-BS) was modified with boehmite sol modified acid activated bentonite (AB) X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to characterize the structure.The UV spectra were used to investigate the adsorption of malachite green on AB and AB-BS, and the optimum experimental conditions were determined.The results showed that both AB and AB-BS could efficiently adsorb malachite Green, and the maximum adsorption capacity was 44.09 and 20.01 mg · g -1, respectively. In addition, the removal of malachite green adsorbed by Langmuir adsorption model, the existence of single-layer adsorption, adsorption kinetics showed that the adsorption behavior follows the second-order kinetic model The results of this work show that AB and AB-BS have certain potential for removing malachite green in water.
