目前,随着基础设施建设的不断推进,投资商品混凝土搅拌站的热潮不断,但对于大多数投资者来说,针对不同的环境和市场建立什么样的搅拌站成为他们首先关注的问题。为此,本刊虚拟一座搅拌站建设计划,特邀几位嘉宾就建站计划进行探讨。该虚拟商品混凝土搅拌站基本情况为:某人计划投资一商品混凝土搅拌站。目的是专为某一小区集中提供商品混凝土,该搅拌站距离该小区10 km,小区建设期约3~5年、投资15亿元,占地27万m2,建11层到16层小高层若干栋。工程分三期建设,一期同时开工6~8栋,每年混凝土用量约15万m3。新建搅拌站用地由开发商提供,收取租金(不考虑用地投资)。现有意投资300万元左右,可视经营情况后期分期投入。本期嘉宾就该站建设规模、经营运作方法,内部管理规章以及在现场搅拌的内容进行探讨
