鉴于发展中国家占世界人口的70%,而工业生产还不到世界工业生产总值的7%,1975年联合国工业发展组织第二次会议发表的利马宣言,号召发展中国家加快工业发展的步伐,争取使它们到2000年在世界工业生产中所占的比重至少增加到25%。
Given that developing countries make up 70% of the world’s population and industrial production is less than 7% of the world’s industrial output, the Lima Declaration issued at the second meeting of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization in 1975 called for the acceleration of industrial development in developing countries So as to increase their share of world industrial production by at least 25 per cent by the year 2000.
