1979年9月我国营养科学工作者在成都举行了第二届全国营养学术会议,交流了科研成果,讨论了科研方向,并选出了建立全国营养学会的筹备小组.会议邀请了部分食品科学工作者参加,会上大家一致认为营养学和食品科学十分密切,希望加强联系,互相协作,共同为解决我国人民在新长征途中的吃饭问题作出贡献.会议上提到和食品有关的专题报告和论文有以下几类:
