肌红蛋白(简称Mb)是在心肌与骨骼肌中合成的低分子量带氧链的蛋白质。当心肌或骨骼肌受损时,Mb大量释放入血液循环中使其在血清与尿的含量增高。因为Mb的含量低微,过去使用的化学测定法均不够敏感。自1975年以来建立Mb放射免疫测定法后使Mb的微量测定有了改观。我们在1982年~1984年6月对进行性肌营养不良症50例进行血清
Myoglobin (Mb for short) is a low molecular weight oxygenated protein synthesized in myocardium and skeletal muscle. When myocardium or skeletal muscle is damaged, Mb is released in a large amount into the blood circulation to increase the level of serum and urine.
