由长沙变压器厂设计、制造的KSJ_7型低损耗矿用电力变压器,采用了Q_(10)—0.35优质晶粒取向冷轧硅钢片,铁芯采用45°全接缝无冲孔绑扎结构,为电子计算机优化设计出的节能产品。 该变压器的空载损耗比部标J_B 619—75冷轧钢片平均低46%,短路损耗平均低8.9%,总损耗平均低16.7%。与SJ_7型变压器相比,KSJ_7型空载损耗平均低8.11%,短路损耗平均低3.64%,总损耗平均降低4.11%。若以KSJ_7—315/6.型代替KSJ—315/6变压器运行,每年可节电7000度左右,节电效果明显。
