实验性口腔癌癌性转化过程中,应用复方丹参注射液(5g/kg)每周三次腹腔注射,记录癌变时间并于癌变2周后分别作超微结构及核仁组成区的观察。结果发现:实验组诱癌时间较对照组(单纯诱癌不用丹参制剂)平均延长27.6天(P<0.01),实验组上皮细胞分化较成熟,基底膜较完整,上皮下结缔组织内胶原纤维致密,成纤维细胞功能活跃。实验表明:调节微循环有可能改善上皮下结缔组织的健康状况及抗病能力,达促进上皮分化和抑制癌变的作用。
In the process of cancerous transformation of experimental oral cancer, compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection (5 g/kg) was injected intraperitoneally three times per week. The time of canceration was recorded and ultrastructural and nucleolar components were observed after 2 weeks of canceration. The results showed that the cancer-inducing time of the experimental group was 27.6 days longer than that of the control group (single carcinogen without salvia miltiorrhiza preparation) (P<0.01). In the experimental group, the epithelial cells were more mature and the basement membrane was more complete, and the subepithelial connective tissue. The collagen fibers are dense and the fibroblasts are active. Experiments have shown that regulation of microcirculation may improve the health status and disease resistance of subepithelial connective tissue, and promote the differentiation of epithelial cells and inhibit canceration.
