目的 探讨日本血吸虫肝门型童虫表膜抗原 (Sj Hm Ag)免疫兔血清被动转移至小鼠抗日本血吸虫 (Sj)感染的保护性。方法 用 Sj Hm Ag免疫兔血清经尾静脉转移给昆明鼠 3次 ,每鼠每次0 .5 ml,第 1次转移后 1h,每鼠经腹部感染 (4 0± 1)条 Sj尾蚴 ,第 2、3次转移分别在攻击感染后 1、3周进行 ,4 2 d后剖杀冲虫 ,计数虫数及肝卵数。结果 与对照组相比 ,Sj Hm Ag免疫兔血清被动转移组使虫荷减少 2 9.3% ,每克肝脏虫卵减少 5 0 .6 %。结论 Sj Hm Ag免疫兔血清被动转移小鼠后可诱导产生抗 Sj攻击感染及抗生殖的免疫保护力。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Sj Hm Ag immunized rabbit serum from Schistosoma japonicum on the infection of mouse anti-Sj. Methods Sj Hm Ag was used to inoculate rabbit Kunming mice three times per mouse via tail vein and each mouse was injected with 0.5 ml of Sj Hercariae. Each mouse was infected with (4 0 ± 1) Sj cercariae by abdominal infection 1 h after the first transfer. 2,3 times the transfer were attack 1,3 weeks after infection, respectively, after 4 2 d split rot, count the number of worms and liver eggs. Results Compared with the control group, Sj Hm Ag immunized rabbits in the passive transfer group reduced the worms burden by 23.3% and the per gram of liver eggs by 50.6%. Conclusions Sj Hm Ag immunized rabbit serum can induce anti-Sj challenge infection and anti-reproductive immunity after mice are passively transferred.
