众所周知,2012年中国纺织行业面临前所未有的严峻考验,重塑发展模式,实现转型升级,刻不容缓。由纺织大国向纺织强国迈进的关键路径在于全面实施科技、品牌、可持续发展和人才战略。创新型设计人才是行业产品开发的关键要素,强化人力资源,优化人才结构,完善人才成长机制,建设人才服务体系成为全行业共识,中国国际面料设计大赛已然成为落实纺织工业“十二五”发展规划和强国纲要人才战略的重要平台。
As we all know, in 2012 China’s textile industry is facing an unprecedented severe test, reshaping the development model and achieving transformation and upgrading without delay. The key path for the textile powerhouse to move toward a textile power is to fully implement its technology, brand, sustainability and talent strategy. Innovative design talent is a key element of product development in the industry. Strengthening human resources, optimizing talent structure, improving talent growth mechanism, and building a talent service system have become the consensus across the industry. China International Fabrics Design Contest has become the “Twelfth Five-year Plan” "An important platform for the development of strategic planning and personnel strategy outline.
