复合材料层合板的优化设计对于提高飞机结构承载能力具有巨大的潜在意义,自由单元尺寸优化技术是对复杂的复合材料结构进行优化的有效方法。本文从复合材料机翼翼盒的翼尖刚度控制出发,对机翼壁板铺层进行了自由尺寸优化设计分析。研究表明:在给定的机翼翼尖变形约束下,自由单元尺寸优化方法能够快速准确地设计机翼翼盒的复合材料铺层比例和厚度,寻找到最优的主传力路径布置,以及获得最小重量目标。
The optimal design of composite laminates has great potential to improve the bearing capacity of aircraft structures. Free cell size optimization is an effective method to optimize complex composite structures. In this paper, based on the wingtip stiffness control of composite wing box, the optimal design and optimization of the wing panel ply is studied. The results show that, given a wingtip deformation constraint, the free cell size optimization method can quickly and accurately design the ratio and thickness of the wing box composite layup, find the optimal main force path layout, and obtain the minimum Weight target.
