系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)常出现心脏病变。我院1970～1981年共收治70例,其中并发心脏病变者47例,现将其临床表现类型、特征及转归等加以分析及讨论。一、临床资料(一)诊断标准:我们采用国内文献的诊断标准:1.有皮肤病变,又合并内脏损害,且红斑狼疮细胞检查阳性或皮肤活检阳性者;2.虽无皮肤病变,但有多脏器损害,且红斑狼疮细胞检查阳性者;3.有多脏器损害,基本符合美国风湿病协会诊断标准14项临床表现中有4项以上阳性者。
