目的了解宁夏回族自治区社区卫生服务团队培训各工作岗位的培训效果,为今后培训的不断完善提供依据。方法采用调查问卷和测试题相结合的方法,对参加宁夏社区卫生服务团队培训班的学员进行培训前和培训后的调查与测试。结果各工作岗位学员的基本知识、专业知识、服务技巧和总分在培训前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且培训后分数高于培训前。在不同的工作岗位学员中,除全科医学特点、健康教育、健康档案管理和重性精神病患者健康管理在培训前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各项内容在培训前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且正确率培训后比培训前有显著提高。结论各工作岗位学员的培训效果均较好。
Objective To understand the training effect of community health service team of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in training various job posts and provide the basis for continuous improvement of training in the future. Methods The questionnaire and test questions were combined to investigate and test the trainees participating in the training courses of Ningxia community health service team before and after training. Results The basic knowledge, professional knowledge, service skills and total score of all trainees had statistical significance before and after training (P <0.05), and the scores after training were higher than those before training. Among the different trainees, there was no significant difference in health education, health records management and psychiatric patients’ health management before and after training except general medical features (P> 0.05), and the differences of other contents before and after training There was statistical significance (P <0.05), and the correct rate of training after training than before significantly increased. Conclusion All trainees have good training effect.
