乳腺癌已经成为威胁中国女性健康的最重要恶性肿瘤，中国乳腺癌呈现出明显的年轻化趋势。早期发现、早期治疗，不仅能提高保乳手术率，同时治疗效果更好，5年生存率明显提高。乳腺癌筛查是实现乳腺癌早发现、早诊断和早治疗的重要二级预防手段。
