肾脏是合成前列腺素属物质的主要脏器之一。前列腺素E_1(PGE_1)能直接作用于血管平滑肌,扩张肾动脉和抗血小板聚集,调节肾血流量,尤以肾皮质为最明显。我们应用重庆制药六厂生产的PGE_1(商品名勃乐斯)静脉滴注治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者,临床上取得满意的效果,现报告如下。一、临床资料和方法病例均来自我院住院患者共30例。其中男21例,女9例,年龄23～58岁,平均年龄为46±8岁。原发病为:慢性肾小球肾炎25例;狼疮性肾炎1例;慢性肾盂肾炎2例,慢性梗阻性。肾病2例;所有病例均符合CRF的诊断标准,已排除有尿毒
The kidneys are one of the major organs that synthesize prostaglandins. Prostaglandin E_1 (PGE_1) can directly act on vascular smooth muscle, expand renal artery and anti-platelet aggregation, regulate renal blood flow, especially in renal cortex. We use Chongqing Pharmaceutical Factory VI PGE_1 (brand name Bolaosi) intravenous infusion of patients with chronic renal failure (CRF), clinically satisfactory results are as follows. First, the clinical data and methods were from our hospital in patients with a total of 30 cases. There were 21 males and 9 females, aged from 23 to 58 years, with an average age of 46 ± 8 years. Primary disease: 25 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis; lupus nephritis in 1 case; 2 cases of chronic pyelonephritis, chronic obstruction. Nephropathy in 2 cases; all cases were in line with the diagnostic criteria of CRF, uremia has been ruled out
