氨纶生产中能耗较大,节能对于氨纶生产企业尤为重要。根据地区气温,测定了氨纶溶剂回收系统热风进出口温度和循环水温度,探讨用循环冷却水替代冷媒的可行性。从测定结果得出:冬季循环水回水温度低于热风出口温度,可以采用循环冷却水替代冷媒。根据测定分析结果实施改造,采用循环冷却水替代冷媒后,减少了冷媒的使用量,降低了冷冻机开机负荷,起到了较好的节能效果。
