通过冷态水模型试验 ,改进了西宁特钢引进的Consteel碳氧枪技术 ,确定了喷头倾角 2 5° ,氧枪进入工作位后与炉底水平面保持 35°~ 5 0°夹角等技术参数。该项改进的技术改善了电弧炉内钢液温度场和流场 ,减少炉底和炉门局部侵蚀 ,加强钢水液面的旋转。应用结果表明 ,每只氧枪炼钢的炉数达到 4 86炉 ,电弧炉炉壳寿命提高 2 8炉 ,每炉钢冶炼时间缩短 8min。
Through the cold water model test, the technology of Consteel carbon dioxide lance introduced by Xining Special Steel was improved. The technical parameters of the lance angle of 25 ° and the angle between the oxygen lance and the bottom of the furnace of 35 ° ~ . The improved technology improves the temperature field and flow field of the molten steel in the EAF, reduces localized erosion of the furnace bottom and the furnace door, and enhances the rotation of the molten steel level. The application results show that the number of furnaces per oxygen lance reaches 4 86 furnaces, the life of the EAF shell is increased by 28 furnaces, and the smelting time per furnace is shortened by 8 minutes.
