一、转变观念,坚持“两个输送”的办学目标一是转变“农村初中只为升学服务”的观念,树立了“升学教育与就业教育兼顾”的教育观。由于受传统观念影响,人们认为农村初中的主要职能就是为上级学校,特别是普通高中输送合格新生。这种“农村初中只为升学服务”的片面的教育观,在自觉不自觉地主导着大多数学校的教育行为和一些领导干部以及社会舆论对学校教育工作的评价,也严重影响了学校全部职能的发挥,使一些感到升学无望的学生中途辍学。
