民间流传生吃鱼胆可“清热明目”,在我国华南地区,盛夏季节,常以鱼胆作“清凉品”生吃的习惯。鱼胆中毒,死亡率较高。为引起重视,笔者就鱼胆中毒反应与治疗方法简述如下。鱼胆中毒机理尚不清楚,目前认为,主要是由于降低肝、肾、脑等主要脏器中细胞色素氧化酶活性,抑制了细胞的氧化磷酸化,很类似氰化物中毒的后果。而中毒程度与鱼胆大小及重量成正比。鱼胆中毒的防治方法: 鱼胆汁在胃内存留时间较长,22小时仍有残留,故就诊后应洗胃、导泻,或用活性
