本文利用透射电子显微学和能谱分析技术研究了FeZrB(Cu)非晶合金在动态升温过程中和不同热处理温度下微观结构的变化.研究发现,在合金晶化过程中,非晶相由富Zr和富Fe区组成.富Zr相对bccFe相的析出和稳定性有着重要的影响.α-Zr相的析出是bccFe相开始失稳长大的标志.
In this paper, the microstructures of FeZrB (Cu) amorphous alloys during dynamic heating and different heat treatment temperatures were investigated by transmission electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The study found that during the crystallization of the alloy, the amorphous phase consists of Zr-rich and Fe-rich regions. The Zr-rich phase has an important effect on the precipitation and the stability of the bccFe phase. The precipitation of α-Zr phase is a sign of the instability of bccFe phase.
