心肌肌钙蛋白I(Carwdiac Troponin,I,cTnI)是新近发现的心肌损伤的敏感指标,且骨骼肌与TnI无交叉反应,但它相对于CK-MB检出AMI的敏感性和特异性尚未确定。作者研究冠心病监护单位中的199例患者血清中cTnI和CK-MB水平,并对二者检出AMI的发生进行了比较。患者入院前两天内每12小时取血一次测定总CK、CK-MB、cTnI。188例表现心肌缺血,其中89例依CK-MB升高诊断为急性AMI。另11例有血流动力学异常及肺部损害等多种内科疾病。
Carotid Troponin (I, cTnI) is a newly discovered sensitive indicator of myocardial injury, and skeletal muscle does not cross-react with TnI, but its sensitivity and specificity for detecting AMI relative to CK-MB have not been determined . The authors studied the levels of cTnI and CK-MB in sera from 199 patients admitted to the Coronary Care Unit and compared the occurrence of AMI between the two. Patients were taken once every 12 hours before admission to determine the total CK, CK-MB, cTnI. 188 cases showed myocardial ischemia, of which 89 cases were diagnosed as acute AMI by CK-MB elevation. The other 11 patients had hemodynamic abnormalities and lung damage and other medical diseases.
