目的 探讨结直肠癌基质金属蛋白酶 7(MMP 7)的表达及对微血管生成和转移的影响。方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法 ,检测 5 6例结直肠癌组织及 8例正常组织MMP 7的表达和微血管密度 (MVD)及其与临床病理参数的关系。结果 在 5 6例结直肠癌组织中MMP 7的阳性表达率为 73.2 % ,MVD值为 36 .4 1± 5 .76 ,与对照组比较差异有极显著性意义(P <0 .0 1)。MMP 7的表达与淋巴结转移、Dukes分期有相关性 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;结直肠癌的MVD值与分化程度、Dukes分期、淋巴结转移均有显著相关性 (P <0 .0 1) ;MMP 7表达阳性的结直肠癌组织MVD值明显高于MMP 7表达阴性者 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 MMP 7的表达和微血管生成与结直肠癌侵袭转移密切相关 ,联合检测MMP 7和MVD对结直肠癌的治疗、预后判定有一定的价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 7 (MMP 7) in colorectal cancer and its effect on angiogenesis and metastasis. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of MMP-7 and the microvessel density (MVD) in 56 cases of colorectal cancer tissue and 8 cases of normal tissue and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters. Results The positive expression rate of MMP-7 in 56 colorectal cancer tissues was 73.2% and the MVD was 36.41 ± 5.76, which was significantly different from the control group (P <0.01) . The expression of MMP 7 was correlated with lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The MVD of colorectal cancer was significantly correlated with the degree of differentiation, Dukes stage and lymph node metastasis P <0.01). The MVD of MMP-7-positive colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that of MMP-7-negative (P <0.01). Conclusions The expression of MMP-7 and angiogenesis are closely related to the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer. The combined detection of MMP-7 and MVD has some value in the treatment and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
