~(99)Tc~m-ECD在诊断脑部疾患方面是一种有价值的新型脑灌注显像剂。~(99)Tc~m-ECD通过配体交换方法制备。研究了~(99)Tc~m-GH与ECD之间的配体交换反应时介质的pH值、ECD的浓度、GH的浓度对~(99)Tc~m-GH与ECD进行配体交换反应的影响。结果表明,pH值、ECD的浓度对配体交换反应的影响较显著;并计算了不同pH值的反应速度常数。
