目的:研制可延伸的小儿股骨假体,探讨其在小儿骨肉瘤保肢手术中的应用价值.方法:设计制作了可延伸的股骨假体,通过临床应用,予以验证。结果:临床成功应用于1例小儿股骨肉瘤.术后随访30月,下肢步态、关节功能良好。结论:可延伸股骨假体为小儿骨肉瘤保肢手术后功能重建提供了新途径.术前按个例情况预制假体.可延伸能力可达60mm。
Objective: To develop an extensible pedicle femoral prosthesis and explore its value in limb salvage surgery of pediatric osteosarcoma. Methods: An extensible femoral prosthesis was designed and manufactured, which was verified through clinical application. Results: Clinical success was applied to 1 case of pediatric femoral sarcoma. Follow-up 30 months after surgery, lower limb gait, joint function is good. Conclusion: Extendable femoral prosthesis provides a new way for functional reconstruction of limb osteosarcoma after pedicle surgery. Preoperative cases according to preoperative prosthesis. Extendable capacity of up to 60mm.
