分析了工作场所粉尘中游离二氧化硅含量的检测中的焦磷酸法,对实验过程中各个控制要点和方法进行了探讨。结果表明,实验前应通过多种方法对样品中关键成分进行确认,实验过程中焦磷酸的制备、对溶液温度的控制、操作速度等都是保证分析数据准确可靠的关键因素,同时要加强实验过程中的质量控制,保证实验结果的科学准确。
The pyrophosphoric acid method in the determination of free silica in workplace dust was analyzed. The main points and methods of control in the experiment were discussed. The results showed that the key components of the sample should be confirmed by a variety of methods before the experiment. The preparation of pyrophosphate, the control of the solution temperature and the operation speed during the experiment are all the key factors to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the analytical data.
