采用超声深滚(UDR)技术对45钢基体电弧喷涂7Cr13涂层进行表面处理,并对涂层处理前后的性能变化进行了试验测试和分析。结果表明,电弧喷涂7Cr13涂层经UDR处理后,其综合性能得到了较大提高:晶粒细化,涂层截面孔隙现象明显减少、变小,与基体的结合状态有所改善,表面残余压应力由45MPa提高到345MPa,表面粗糙度由>40μm降为2.13μm,表面显微硬度提高了近一倍,摩擦学性能得到了明显改善。
Ultrasonic deep rolling (UDR) was used to treat the surface of 45C steel substrate arc spraying 7Cr13 coating. The performance of the coating was tested and analyzed before and after the coating treatment. The results show that the overall performance of arc spraying 7Cr13 coating after UDR treatment has been greatly improved: the grain refinement, the phenomenon of pore cross section of coating decreases obviously and becomes smaller, and the bonding state with matrix improves, the surface residual pressure The stress increased from 45MPa to 345MPa, the surface roughness decreased from> 40μm to 2.13μm, the surface microhardness nearly doubled, and the tribological properties were significantly improved.
