提出了TPD导数谱,并以理论TPD导数谱图为对象,讨论了TPD导数谱在堤高分辨率、消除噪音干扰及确定脱附级数等方面的特点。推导了由TPD一阶、二阶导数谱求算脱附活化能和指前因子的数学方程式,并对其进行了验证。
The TPD derivative spectrum is proposed and the theoretical TPD derivative spectrum is taken as the object. The characteristics of the TPD derivative spectrum in the dike high resolution, eliminating the noise interference and determining the desorption series are discussed. The mathematical equations for calculating the activation energy and the pre-exponential factor of desorption were deduced from the first-order and second-order derivative spectra of TPD, and the results were verified.
