在大田和盆栽的条件下研究了土壤水分对冬小麦根系的影响。土壤水分为最大持水量的70%左右,最有利于小麦根系生长。不同程度干旱,单株次生根数、根干重、根系吸收面积皆减少。小麦根系以改变生态分布,提高TTC 还原强度、调节N 素营养与分配关系适应土壤干旱,其中,苗期抗旱能力最强,拔节期趋减,开花后变弱。
The effect of soil moisture on the root system of winter wheat was studied under field and potted conditions. Soil moisture is about 70% of the maximum water holding capacity, which is most beneficial to wheat root growth. Different degrees of drought, secondary root number per plant, root dry weight, root absorption area are reduced. The root system of wheat changed the ecological distribution, increased the reduction intensity of TTC, and regulated the relationship between N nutrition and distribution to adapt to soil drought. Among them, drought resistance was the strongest at seedling stage and decreased at jointing stage and weakened after flowering.
