连接器用航空导线较细,行业内采用较先进的激光剥线技术进行剥线,但效率上一直没有突破。根据激光剥线机和电脑裁线机的工作原理,通过改变电脑裁线机的程序,为激光剥线机提供信号输出,以及改造激光剥线机的结构用以实现激光头的伸缩,将两台机器联动作业,实现自动裁线和自动剥头,将原有的裁线工序和剥头工序合二为一,整体上提高了产品质量和生产效率,在激光高效率剥线技术上处于行业领先地位。
