目的:研究新疆石榴皮总多酚的浸提条件。方法:选择提取剂及其浓度、提取时间、温度以及料液比5种因素进行梯度实验,并采用Folin-Ciocalteu法对石榴皮总多酚含量进行了测定。结果:总多酚浓度在1.2825~7.695μg/mL范围内与吸光度有良好的线性关系,样品平均回收率(n=3)分别为98.69%,105.31%和104.08%,RSD分别为1.11%,1.20%和0.90%。提取溶剂为60%乙醇,料液比1:24于常温下浸提0.5h最佳。结论:方法简便,结果准确。
Objective: To study the extraction conditions of total polyphenols from Xinjiang pomegranate peel. Methods: Gradient experiments were carried out with five factors including extractant concentration, extraction time, temperature, and material-to-liquid ratio. Folin-Ciocalteu method was used to determine total polyphenol content in the pomegranate peel. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the total polyphenol concentration and the absorbance in the range of 1.2825~7.695μg/mL. The average recoveries of the samples (n=3) were 98.69%, 105.31% and 104.08%, respectively, and the RSDs were 1.11% and 1.20 respectively. % and 0.90%. The extraction solvent was 60% ethanol, and the ratio of solid to liquid 1:24 was best at room temperature for 0.5 h. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate.
