国内咨询公司与中小企业应该进行“双赢”的合作。中小企业对国内咨询公司的不信任及咨询公司自身实力的限制,使得双方的合作还存在着“鸿沟”。文章提出,国内咨询公司应当从加强结构能力,构筑有竞争力的智力支持系统和运营机制、打造强势的咨询品牌、建立现代营销理念和营销方法、完善咨询技术的使用等方面全力开拓中小企业客户。
Domestic consulting firms and SMEs should conduct “win-win” cooperation. The small and medium-sized enterprises ’mistrust of domestic consulting firms and the limitation of the consulting firms’ own strength make there still exists a “gap” in the cooperation between the two sides. The article points out that domestic consulting companies should make every effort to open up small and medium-sized enterprise customers from strengthening structural capabilities, building competitive intellectual support systems and operating mechanisms, building strong consulting brands, establishing modern marketing concepts and marketing methods, and improving the use of consulting technologies .
