针对La15Fe77B8型储氢合金所检测的项目,从分析方法的选择、样品的预处理、共存元素的干扰和消除等方面进行了研究,选择了合适的样品处理方法和测定条件,建立了等离子光谱法测定La15Fe77B8型储氢合金化学分析方法。La15Fe77B8型储氢合金中镧、铁、硼、铝、镍、锰测定范围在0.20%~60%,方法的精密度为0.13%~3.56%。通过不同分析方法之间的结果比对,所建立的La15Fe77B8型储氢合金的分析方法结果准确、操作简便,能够满足La15Fe77B8型储氢合金的生产、科研的分析要求。
Aiming at the items tested by La15Fe77B8 hydrogen storage alloy, the methods of analysis and selection of samples, the pretreatment of samples and the interference and elimination of coexisting elements were studied.
