结合供电管理部门提出的“利用人工神经网络进行大型电力变压器故障诊断的研究”科研课题中遇到的实际问题,针对BP网络及其算法本身的缺陷,提出新的改进方法,并应用于解决工程中的实际问题。计算结果证明了这种办法的有效性和实用性。
