教学法的改革是要从“教”和“学”两方面入手,先找出两方面存在的问题,然后对症下药地进行改革。笔者针对当前“教”和“学”两方面的一些弱点,提出三段教学法的探索性意见,望广大中学老师指正。一、“教”和“学”中的薄弱环节1.教法中的薄弱环节(1)思想认识上,认为自已教学多年,连续几年毕业生的高考成绩还不错,有满足现状的思想。这种思想自觉或不自觉地成为教法改革的阻力,也必然影响了对学生进行智能的培养。(2)填鸭式、满堂灌的教学方法。据调查,大部分学生上课时精力集中的时间约为25~30分钟;因此,教师不放心,便用多次重复的教学方法。这样做不但不能引起学生的兴趣,反而冲淡了教材的重点内容。
The reform of the teaching method is to start from the two aspects of “teaching” and “learning”, first find out the problems existing in the two aspects, and then reform the right medicine. In view of the current weaknesses of “teaching” and “learning”, the author proposes exploratory opinions of the three-segment teaching method, and it is hoped that the majority of secondary school teachers will correct me. 1. Weak Links in “Teaching” and “Learning” 1. Weaknesses in the Teaching Method (1) In terms of ideological understanding, it is believed that self-education has for many years, and graduates have performed well in college entrance examinations for several consecutive years, and they have the idea of satisfying the status quo. This ideology has consciously or unconsciously become a resistance to the reform of the teaching method and will inevitably affect the intelligent cultivation of students. (2) The teaching method of filling duck and full house irrigation. According to the survey, most students spend about 25 to 30 minutes in concentration during class; therefore, teachers do not trust and use repeated teaching methods. This not only does not arouse students’ interest but instead dilutes the key content of the teaching materials.
